Frequently Asked Questions

Photo sessions on the UQAM campus take place twice a year. The next session is from October 28 to 31, 2025. Sessions are free and take place in the agora of the Judith-Jasmin pavilion.

Book your session on our website. You will receive an email 24 hours before your session with a registration form to complete. Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time with your QR code. If you cannot attend, please notify us to free up your spot.

The gown, cap, and symbolic diploma are provided on site. Wear a black or white shirt, as the gown leaves a V-shaped area visible at the neck. No personal accessories or pets are allowed. No makeup or hairstyling services are offered on site.

Your photos will be available online 10 business days after the session. You will receive an email notifying you of their availability. You will need your UQAM permanent code to make the purchase. You can also pre-order your digital photos at the end of the session.

We keep your photos for at least 5 years. They remain available for purchase on our website throughout this period. In case of loss, you can always retrieve them by contacting us with your permanent code.

Sessions are for students completing their UQAM program during the session when the photo session takes place. Photos are also available during your graduation ceremony.

What is my degree/pathway ?

It is your academic degree awarded after completing a certain level of studies at a higher education institution, such as a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate.

I can't find my program.

It is possible that some newer programs are not yet available on our booking interface.
If you believe this is the case for your program, contact our customer service.

My campus is not found.

For some educational institutions, the campus option is not applicable (NA).
If the campus option is available but your campus is not listed, contact our customer service.

I am not sure about my degree/pathway OR I can't find it.

Check your educational institution’s website to verify the official name of your program.

Our availability is generally online one month in advance.



Registration Card

24 hours before your session, you will receive the registration form by email to fill out.
Complete it before you arrive at the studio and save your QR code!
Once at the studio, show us your registration card.


