• Lateness:

  To ensure the smooth operation of the studio, your session may be canceled and considered as not attended if you are 5 minutes late or more. If you arrive after this time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee if or when you will have a slot. The time initially allocated for your session may also be reduced.
  If an accommodation is possible, Voltaic reserves the right to charge a re-booking fee of $15.00 + taxes. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, which is why we ask you to plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time or contact us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen events.

• To reschedule your booking more than 48 hours before your session:

  You can access your confirmation email and follow the link to the booking interface.

• To reschedule your booking less than 48 hours before your session:

  Please contact us at graduation@voltaic.ca. We will do our best to accommodate you by changing, if possible, the time of your session. Voltaic reserves the right to charge a re-booking fee of $15.00 + taxes. If a new booking for another day needs to be made, a refund will not be possible.

• Cancellations:

  You may freely cancel your appointment up to 48h in advance. If you wish to cancel later please contact us at graduation@voltaic.ca .

• Extras and additions:

  If your package does not already include the digital photo downloads, a studio pre-order will be required for the purchase of additional poses.

  Extras or additions are non refundable unless you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance or in accordance with our absenteeism policy.

• Extra time:

  For a fee of $25 plus taxes, this option extends your 10-minute individual session by 12 minutes, for a total of 22 minutes.

  This allows people who may feel uncomfortable in front of the camera to feel less rushed and thus obtain a better final result for their photos.

  If you choose to have a group photo taken, it will represent one of the poses initially scheduled for your individual session

  Please note that selecting the extra time option does not grant you to an additional pose.

• Group pictures:

  For group shots, we charge a 10$ extra fee per every person in excess of two. For example, a group picture with three people will incur a 10$ extra fee.

• Absenteeism Policy:

  Applies if you do not show up for your appointment or if you are delayed and it cannot be accommodated.

  • If you have paid a base amount (excluding extras) of $25 or less, no refund of this amount will be given.
  • If you have paid an amount greater than $25 (excluding extras), a partial refund of the base session price will be given. Voltaic will retain an amount of $25 plus tax.
  • Only extras for pre-ordering photos are fully refundable. All other extras will not be refunded.

• If you wish to take a photo with more than 3 people, you must write to info@voltaic.ca before the day of your appointment.
• Animals are only allowed at our Quebec City and Montreal studios. If you wish to take a photo with your pet, you must write to info@voltaic.ca before the day of your appointment.
• Complete your registration card before arriving at the studio.
• Download your registration card on your phone. We will ask for it upon your arrival at the studio.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your session.
• If you come with a friend, they can only enter the studio to take the photo with you.
• We do not accept cash or checks.
• After your session is over, you must leave the studio.

  Note that the extra time option does not add additional photos to your package.

• Absenteeism Policy:

  Applicable if you do not show up for your appointment or if your delay cannot be accommodated.

  • Upon your request, a refund for the 2 digital poses and group fees will be issued.
  • Your refund request must be made within 30 days of the appointment date.
  • Session fees will not be refundable.
  • The additional time purchase is non-refundable.

Group Leader Information

• The person making the booking will be responsible for selecting the group’s photos.
• Only the person who makes the booking will receive the download information for the session photos.
• Complete your registration card before arriving at the studio.
• Download your registration card to your phone. You will need it when you arrive at the studio.
• Ensure your group is present and complete 15 minutes before your session. Accommodating late arrivals may not be possible.
• If you have an unconventional idea requiring special preparation, please inform us before proceeding with your booking.
• If your session exceeds the allotted time unreasonably, the group leader may be charged a fee of $35.00 + taxes.
